Frank Orlowski, Director, Business Development, will join BioProcess Insider editor Dan Stanton and a select panel of experts to explore the current state of the industry at BPI East at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center on September 27 – 30.
The members of the panel will reflect on how the quarterly movements of the biopharma industry are affecting the biomanufacturing space. Topics of discussion include how reduced demand for COVID-19 products will impact the bioprocess vendors and service firms, which have been “riding high” on the pandemic wave, and what the growing number of capital gains tax approvals means for the sector.
The session takes place on Friday, September 30 from 12:30 p.m. – 1:10 p.m.
“I am looking forward to once again presenting at BPI—this time at BPI East,” says Mr. Orlowski. “As we continue to move past COVID-19, the shift in focus within the biopharma market towards healthcare conditions that can leverage what was learned from the pandemic in developing the vaccine will be critical.”
The conference, which is the “largest bioprocessing event for learning how to accelerate promising biologics and cell and gene therapies towards commercial success,” is part of Biotech Week Boston , which features several events to drive the future of the life sciences industry, offering access to the most innovative scientific minds and business leaders in Boston and around the world.
