He is well versed with a vast array of business skills such as contract support, expense tracking, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budgeting. With this financial skillset, he has been able to successfully assist in completing various contract executions throughout his career.
As a Financial Consultant, Mr. Ukpong utilizes his experience to effectively provide consulting services for Latham BioPharm Group clients through professional accounting support, proposal review, and audit preparation. He works regularly alongside the LBG team and ensures that client deliverables are met in a timely manner. In addition to this, he participates in the development and implementation of various cost accounting systems that abide by government contract provisions.
Prior to LBG, Mr. Ukpong worked as a Finance Coordinator at Fusion Partnerships as well as a Finance and Contracts Analyst with the Maryland State Highway Administration. He acquired his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his B.S. in Finance from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
