Ms. Wallace is an Associate Consultant at LBG with experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Chemist. As a Quality Assurance Analyst at a technology company, she performed deliverable reviews, internal audits, proposal formations, contract reviews, and regulation appraisals to ensure the organization was meeting ISO and CMMI merits.
She also worked as a Chemist in the home improvement industry to alter product formulations through materials substitution and innovation to achieve cost-saving initiatives and environmental improvements. Additionally, she used ASTM standards to test and improve products. Ms. Wallace was able to delve into the quality assurance field in this role by conducting internal project audits to ensure projects were following ISO practices.
Prior to going into industry, Ms. Wallace worked as a Graduate Research Assistance at Johns Hopkins University. She worked in an environmental chemistry lab and studied the role of black carbon in the atmosphere. Many analytical methods, such as different forms of spectroscopy, were performed on samples to determine their chemical composition as they were transformed into oxidized species. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Wallace was a MARC U STAR scholar and worked in an organometallic chemistry lab, researching potential improvements in solar cells.
